Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our plant equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with petrochemical processes and equipment.
